A new report out Tuesday shows that working Americans made less money last year, as real wages fell about two percent in 2011, when accounting for inflation, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The predicament we face isn't simply that there are too few jobs; it's also that an increasing number of workers don't have the kind of job that can pay the bills.

EAP counselors are trained to deal with a host of issues that an employee may encounter and which could affect their health and performance on and off the job. CWA and AT&T Legacy T have a long standing agreement that allows Bargaining Unit Members to utilize EAP and both recognize the value of EAP as a resource for employee assistance. EAP has been instrumental in assisting our Members with work related stress, relationship issues, family counseling, depression, grief resolution, and substance abuse to name just a few.
