Does it make sense that a company that was named the American Telephone and Telegraph to send thousands of American jobs overseas and actively hire employees on H-1B Visas from other countries? In an era when the unemployment rate is nearing double digits, we question if this is the American way?

During the time after divestiture the company was split up into separate companies and contracts were negotiated by separate bargaining units without any national bargaining.
