Local 3250 have received the 2009 CWA/AT&T Legacy T Contracts and the first of our Members’ to receive them were at the Thursday night membership meeting. Area Vice Presidents are now scheduling times when contracts will be distributed to our CWA Members’ in their workplace. Contracts will be shipped to our CWA Members in outlying offices in Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Your Area Vice President will be posting and notifying their Departmental Representatives as to the schedule and process that they will be conducting for contract distribution, so questions and concerns should be directed to them. We are planning DR and Steward Classes in the near future to go over the contract so all of our Members will be able to benefit from the changes that were bargained into the 2009 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
 
Please take the time to review your new bargaining agreement and feel free to contact Local 3250 for any clarification. Our members need to familiarize themselves with our contract so they can understand the company's  legal obligations that they have in administering our contract. Remember, an educated Member is a member prepared for the future.
