Once again management will be asking Legacy T workers to complete the CAP Survey.  CWA believes it is not in our members' best interest to complete these surveys.  We believe this will cost our members jobs through layoffs and transfer of work in the long run.

If management makes completing the survey a job assignment, then complete the survey; as always, do not sign anything; and then file a grievance.

This is just another attempt to collect info from the rank and file to be used for the company’s best interest and as you know, that usually puts us holding the short end of the stick, again.
