Today is Wed, July 8th, and the bargaining negotiations continue. Our rallies in Alpharetta and 2800 CC in Atlanta went very well, considering so many people were on vacation due to the holiday. We just wanted to send a message, that even though people are on vacation, contract negotiations are still a priority with us.
As far as the negotiations go, it seems that things are moving very slowly. All we can do is, continue to stay vigilant. Report any thing that you may think is a violation of the National Labor Relations Act, and stay prepared for whatever action may be required by the national bargaining teams. Continue to wear red on Thursdays and black on Fridays and remember that it is STILL not business as usual. Hold the line as the bargaining teams continue to talk, we will continue to be ready to walk.
