The revision of this attachment contains a more comprehensive explanation to the answers to questions that were asked by Local officers during our Contract Explanation meeting on September 3rd.   You will be receiving a fuller contract explanation document at contract explaination meets at at the workplace.  As we get more questions over the coming weeks, we will answer them on this site.
