The Company has notified the CWA National Office regarding tentative dates for declaring a VTP/Surplus announcement for Legacy T occupational employees. It is important to remember that with the ratification of the 2009 Contract between CWA and AT&T Legacy T, the Company cannot involuntarily layoff any occupational employee until after April 1, 2010. This means that because of our negotiated “no layoff” clause included in our Contract, the first window cannot be an involuntary layoff.

1st Quarter 12/15/09 01/15/10
2nd Quarter 03/15/10 05/14/10
3rd Quarter 06/15/10 08/20/10
4th Quarter 09/15/10 11/19/10
